    30-day refund

    For a license bought on this website, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. Write to with your order number, or use the link in your receipt from Lemon Squeezy. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

    When a refund is issued, the license key is deactivated on all computers.

    EU and UK right of withdrawal

    Consumers in the EU and UK have a 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases. For digital content, this right ends once the download or activation begins with your consent. Our 30-day refund applies regardless, so you lose nothing by starting right away.

    App Store and Microsoft Store

    Purchases made in the Mac App Store or Microsoft Store are refunded by Apple or Microsoft under their own policies. We cannot issue those refunds, but we are happy to help: contact us.

    Other rights

    This policy adds to, and does not limit, your statutory rights as a consumer, including those under the laws of your US state, Canadian province or EU country.
